How orders are made
Every ThirdShiftPress product is made to order. Your shirt, mug, or tote doesn't exist until you click buy. We don't hold inventory, so nothing gets overstocked and nothing goes to landfill.
Production time
After your order is placed, our US-based fulfillment partner needs 2–5 business days to print and quality-check your item.
Shipping time
Once your order ships, US delivery typically takes:
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
International shipping: 7–15 business days, calculated at checkout.
Total time from order to doorstep
For US orders, expect 5–10 business days from when you click buy to when it arrives. Most orders fall toward the lower end of that range.
Free shipping
US orders over $70 ship free (standard).
Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking information when your order ships. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after we send it.
Where we ship
US (50 states), Canada, UK, EU, and most countries. If your country isn't shown at checkout, email thirdshiftpress@gmail.com — we may be able to ship there.
What can delay an order
- Holiday peaks (late November through December — add 2–3 days)
- Address verification issues (we'll email you)
- Carrier delays beyond our control
