ThirdShiftPress (a DBA of Print3DFlow LLC) operates this store. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

When you place an order or sign up for our list, we collect:

Contact info: name, email, phone (optional), shipping and billing addresses
Payment info: handled by Shopify Payments and Shop Pay — we never see or store your card number
Order history: what you bought and when
Site usage: anonymous analytics (page views, device type) via Shopify and our hosting provider

When you contact us by email, we keep the email thread for support history.

How we use it

Process and ship your orders
Send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and reprint replacements
Send marketing emails — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of any marketing email.
Diagnose problems, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to fulfill your order:

Printify — our print-on-demand fulfillment platform (US-based print providers). They receive your name, shipping address, and order details to print and ship your product.
Shopify — payment processing, order management, and storefront hosting
Shipping carriers — USPS, UPS, FedEx (whichever ships your order)

We never sell your information.

Your rights

You can request:

A copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction of any inaccurate data
Deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements for tax records)
An opt-out from marketing emails
