Refund policy

Because every ThirdShiftPress product is printed when you order, our return policy works differently from regular retail.

What we replace

We will reprint and reship at no cost to you if:

  • Your product arrives defective (stitching, print, or material defects)
  • Your order is misprinted (wrong design, color, or size from what you ordered)
  • Your package arrives damaged in transit

Send us a photo at thirdshiftpress@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement. You don't need to ship anything back.

What we don't refund

  • "Changed my mind" returns. Because each item is made to order, we can't restock it.
  • Wrong size due to your selection. Use our size guide before ordering. We're happy to help if you're between sizes — email us before you order.
  • Lost packages where the tracking shows "delivered." We'll work with you and the carrier, but we may not be able to refund or replace if delivery is confirmed.

Cancellations

Email thirdshiftpress@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once production starts we can't cancel.

How long replacements take

Same as a new order: 2–5 business days production, 3–5 business days shipping.
