Production & shipping time
- Production: 2–5 business days from order (printed when you buy)
- US delivery: 3–5 business days after shipping
- Total: typically 5–10 business days from order to doorstep
- Free shipping: US orders over $60
- Tracking: emailed when your order ships
- International: 7–15 business days, calculated at checkout
Returns & reprints
Because every product is printed when you order, we don't accept "changed my mind" returns. But we do guarantee:
- Defective product — stitching, print, or material defects: full reprint, no return shipping
- Misprint — wrong design, color, or size from what you ordered: full reprint, no return shipping
- Damaged in transit: send a photo, we'll reship
